About Street Fashion

Street Fashion is not about having lots of shopping money or keeping up to date with celebrity fashion. It's about originality and the ability to apply style and design to what you wear. No matter where you got it. Street-Fashion.net aims to support those who love street fashion, those who wear street fashion and those who make street fashion! Help us support your city by sending us links to shops and blogs you like!

Where you need to go :

ITALY

Jam Store
Jam Store is the street fashion division of the big department store La Rinascente, selling brands such as French Connection, Paul Smith, Dead Meat, Pepe Jeans, Adidas and so on. Based on three floors, you can access it from the street (it’s the first side street after La Rinascente) or from the women clothing level of the mall (it’s cute to visit also it, you can find April77, Cheap Monday and other jeans wear brands).
Viale Vittorio Emanuele.

Cavalli&Nastri

Elegant vintage store, with vintage designer clothing, accessories and also furniture. Three different locations very accurate.
You can find also new clothes in the via Brera 2 store. To dream.
Via Brera 2 (vintage and new), via Gian Giacomo Mora 3 (vintage), via Gian Giacomo Mora 12 (Vintage for men and furniture).

Purple Shop

One of the most famous peculiar shops for building up your own street style. Here you can find everything from shoes (Swear London is sold here) to eye wear (have you ever heard of Super Retro Sunglasses, haven’t you?). You can make up your best outfits in this place, but it’s not that cheap. There is also a shoes outlet.
Corso di Porta Ticinese 49 (Colonne di San Lorenzo).

Black

Next to Purple Shop you can find this small (trust me, when I say small I mean small) jeans store. Cheap Monday, April 77 and other, both sexes.

Kiko Make Up

Oh, it’s the kingdom of make up. Cheap, varied, in other words: perfect. It sells everything from skin care to proper make up, for any kind of skin.
Professional make up for women who like to play with colors.

Designer Outlet

Open: daily 10am-12.30pm & 3-7pm, except Wed & Sat, 10am-7pm. This warehouse-like outlet stocks every designer you can imagine - yes, including American designers. The first room (as you enter) on the ground floor is where you’ll find the high-end designer merchandise. And this is where you’ll find literally hysterical women (not kidding) busily grabbing away at the heavily discounted Marni (Giorgio Armani), Prada etc outfits at this legendary store - as if they were free! During their sale, you may want to camp outside the boutique overnight as prices here are known to be slashed further by as much as 70% over and above the original heavily discounted prices!

American Apparel
Milan’s party people wears American Apparel the most, so if you plan to stay in the city and going out there you cannot refrain from going shopping at American Apparel’s. This is a famous worldwide brand so it’s not necessary to spend too much words on what you can find, but it’s the best for eighties inspired style.
Corso di Porta Ticinese (Colonne di San Lorenzo)

Thank Alessia for all the stores!
